The project is located in the Cities of Belmont and San Carlos, County of San Mateo, California,. The work will be done for the Mid-Peninsula Water District (i.e., referred to herein as the "Owner” or as the “District”).
The project consists of relining the interior and spot repair/overcoat of the exterior coating of the 1 MG Exbourne (W) potable steel water tank; spot repair/overcoat of the exterior coating of the 0.75 MG West Belmont (N) potable steel water tank; along with miscellaneous appurtenance upgrades on both tanks including ladders, Saf-T-Climbs, level indicators, roof safety gates, roof vents, ventilation blower with minor electrical work, and other work.
